1. Scope and Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Lyntra Technology Ltd ("Lyntra," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Cast2Car mobile application (the "App"). It applies only to Cast2Car and not to third-party services, devices, websites, or content that you choose to use with the App.

2. Information Handled by the App

Cast2Car is designed to minimize data collection. We do not operate a Cast2Car user-account system or a first-party analytics platform.

To provide the features you request, the App may handle the following information locally on your device:

• User-selected media and content: media, links, streams, or files that you choose to open, play, or cast.
• Nearby device and connection information: the names, addresses, capabilities, and connection status of compatible devices or displays discovered on your local network.
• App preferences: settings and recent connection information stored locally so the App can remember your choices.

We do not receive or store this information on servers operated by Lyntra. The App does not collect precise location, contacts, health information, payment-card information, or advertising identifiers for Lyntra.

3. Device Permissions

Cast2Car may request access to your local network or to media you select. These permissions are used only to discover and connect to compatible devices and to play or cast the content you choose. You can deny or later revoke a permission in your device settings. Some App features may not work after the related permission is disabled.

4. How Information Is Used

Information handled by the App is used only to:

• discover, connect to, and communicate with compatible devices;
• play, transmit, or cast content at your direction;
• remember your on-device preferences; and
• maintain the security and reliability of the requested connection.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, profiling, data brokerage, or cross-app tracking.

5. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through Cast2Car because we do not collect such information on our servers. When you direct the App to connect to a device, media source, or online service, the information necessary to complete your request is sent directly to that destination. The destination provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and may handle information under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any service or device you choose to use.

The App does not include third-party advertising or behavioral analytics services. If we add a service that changes our data practices, we will update this Policy and any required App Store privacy disclosures before the change applies.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Lyntra does not retain Cast2Car user content or connection data on its servers. Information saved by the App remains on your device until you remove it within the App, clear the App's data where supported, or uninstall the App. Information handled independently by a third-party device or service is subject to that provider's retention and deletion practices.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You control the information used by Cast2Car. You may:

• choose which media, source, or compatible device to use;
• revoke local-network or media permissions in your device settings;
• remove locally saved information by using available in-app controls or uninstalling the App; and
• contact us with a privacy question or rights request.

Because we do not maintain Cast2Car accounts or store App personal data on our servers, we generally have no App account record to access, correct, export, or delete. If you contact us, we will use the information in your message only to respond to and resolve your request, and will retain it only as reasonably necessary for that purpose and to meet legal obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

Cast2Car is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and, where applicable, delete it.

9. Security

We design Cast2Car to limit the information it handles and to keep App preferences on your device. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your local network, connected devices, and third-party services.

10. International Use

You may use Cast2Car in countries other than the United States. As described above, Lyntra does not transfer or store Cast2Car user content or connection data on its servers. A third-party service you choose may process information in other countries under its own terms and policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or our practices. We will post the revised Policy with an updated "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice where required.
