1. Who We Are

Cast2Car (the "App") is provided by Lyntra Technology Ltd ("Lyntra," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, Lyntra grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal use and in accordance with applicable app-store rules.

3. Your Media, Sources, and Devices

You choose the media, files, links, streams, services, displays, and devices used with Cast2Car. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to access, play, transmit, or cast them.

Cast2Car does not provide, host, license, endorse, or verify third-party content. Availability, legality, quality, and performance of third-party content, networks, devices, and services are outside our control.

4. Safe and Lawful Use

Do not use Cast2Car in a way that distracts a driver, obstructs visibility, violates traffic or vehicle-safety laws, or creates an unsafe condition. Configure and control playback only when it is safe and lawful to do so. You are responsible for complying with local laws and vehicle or display restrictions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

use the App to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity;
interfere with security, access controls, networks, devices, or services;
reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, rent, sell, or sublicense the App except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
misrepresent your affiliation with Lyntra or use our branding without permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party devices, media sources, websites, or services at your direction. Their own terms, privacy policies, fees, availability, and technical requirements apply. Lyntra is not responsible for third-party products or conduct.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information in connection with the App is described in the Cast2Car Privacy Policy.

8. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the App. Compatibility can depend on operating systems, networks, third-party devices, and services. We do not promise that every source, format, display, or device will remain compatible.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." Lyntra disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyntra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or use arising from the App or third-party services. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, law, or our practices. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

13. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law form the agreement between you and Lyntra concerning the App.
